CALLMEBET AFFILIATE TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("you" or "Affiliate") and CallMeBet, operated by Agaminn B.V., a company registered under number 157190 with its registration address at Zuikertuin Tower, Willemstad, Curaçao ("Company," "we," "our," or "Affiliate Program").

By registering for the CallMeBet Affiliate Program, and by accessing our platform or accepting any commission, bonus, or incentive, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. The Company may modify these terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

  1. 1. DEFINITIONS

1.1"Affiliate" refers to you, the individual or entity participating in the Affiliate Program.

1.2 "Affiliate Account" is the registered account created for tracking your referred users and commission activity.

1.3 "Affiliate Links" are tracking URLs used to direct traffic from your platform to CallMeBet.

1.4 "Affiliate Program" refers to the structure through which the Company rewards Affiliates for referring players.

1.5 "Affiliate Wallet" is the digital wallet where commissions are credited and from which withdrawals are made.

1.6 "Commission" means the earnings the Affiliate receives based on the referred players’ activity, according to the chosen commission model.

1.7 "Gross Gaming Revenue" (GGR) is defined as the total amount of bets placed by referred users minus the winnings paid out to them.

1.8 "New Customer" means a first-time user who registers and deposits via your Affiliate Link, not including the Affiliate or their immediate contacts.

1.9 "Promotional Deduction" means a percentage (5–10%) deducted from GGR during certain periods to account for special acquisition or retention campaigns, applied at the Company’s discretion.

  1. 2. AFFILIATE PARTICIPATION

    1. 2.1 By joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to use your best efforts to promote CallMeBet fairly and lawfully.

    2. 2.2 You may not self-refer or refer users in bad faith (e.g., friends, family, or fake accounts). Such activity will result in forfeiture of commission.

    3. 2.3 You must not misrepresent your affiliation with CallMeBet or impersonate the brand. All creatives must be approved by us.

    4. 2.4 Sub-affiliate functionality is provided. You may earn from referred affiliates using your unique sub-affiliate link.

    5. 2.5 You agree to comply with local laws and regulations regarding gambling promotion and data protection.

    6. 2.6 Any point of sale, influencers, owners of social network profiles, and online exchangers are eligible to apply to become Affiliates.

    7. 2.7 It is the sole responsibility of the Affiliate to ensure their promotional activity complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which they operate.

    8. 2.8 You are not permitted to send email or SMS communications containing promotional material related to CallMeBet without our prior written approval. If such approval is granted, you must ensure full compliance with applicable marketing and privacy laws and obtain recipient consent before sending such communications.

  1. 3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

    1. 3.1 Commissions are based on monthly GGR and reset each month (no negative carry-over).

    2. 3.2 Casino and Sportsbook earnings are calculated separately , providing better margin opportunities across both products.

    3. 3.3 The standard monthly Revenue Share tiers are:

  • € 0 - €1,000: 25%

  • € 1,001 - €5,000: 30%

  • € 5,001 - €10,000: 35%

  • € 10,001 - €20,000: 40%

  • €20,001+: 50%

    1. 3.4 Custom deals beyond 50% may be offered to Affiliates with consistent, high-quality traffic.

    2. 3.5 During select campaigns or specific periods, a Promotional Deduction of 5–10% on GGR may be applied to account for acquisition or retention initiatives.

    3. 3.6 CPA and Hybrid commission models are available only upon request and are subject to approval. These models are reserved for Affiliates with proven traffic history and consolidated networks.

  1. 4. PAYMENTS

    1. 4.1 Commission is calculated at the end of each calendar month and paid by the 10th of the following month.

    2. 4.2 Minimum payout threshold: €100.

    3. 4.3 Payments are made via cryptocurrency (preferably USDT) or bank transfer.

    4. 4.4. The Company may require KYC verification prior to processing payments.

    5. 4.5 If discrepancies or errors are found, CallMeBet reserves the right to correct or adjust any commission figures.

  1. 5. FRAUD & TERMINATION

    1. 5.1 Fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activity will result in immediate termination and loss of all unpaid commissions.

    2. 5.2 The Company may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with immediate effect.

    3. 5.3 Upon termination, all rights to use CallMeBet branding and materials must cease.

  1. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    1. 6.1 All branding, content, and creative materials remain the property of CallMeBet.

    2. 6.2 Affiliates are granted limited, non-transferable use of assets for promotion, subject to prior approval.

  1. 7. CONFIDENTIALITY

    1. 7.1 All confidential business, technical, or player-related information shared with Affiliates must be kept strictly confidential, even after termination of this Agreement.

  1. 8. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML)

    1. 8.1 The Company is committed to compliance with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations.

    2. 8.2 Affiliates must not engage in or facilitate any activity involving money laundering, terrorist financing, or financial fraud.

    3. 8.3 The Company reserves the right to request documentation or information to verify the identity of the Affiliate, or the source of funds related to commissions.

    4. 8.4 Any suspicious activity may be reported to relevant authorities, and the Company may suspend or terminate the Affiliate Account immediately.

  1. 9. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

    1. 9.1 The Affiliate agrees to fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and any applicable data protection laws in their jurisdiction.

    2. 9.2 The Affiliate shall not collect, process, or store any personal data on behalf of the Company unless explicitly authorized to do so.

    3. 9.3 If granted access to any personal data, the Affiliate must implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect such data and shall act solely on the instructions of the Company.

    4. 9.4 Breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of the Agreement and may involve legal liability.

  1. 10. INDEMNITY

    1. 10.1 The Affiliate agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to the Affiliate's participation in the Affiliate Program, breach of this Agreement, violation of applicable laws, or misuse of the Company’s intellectual property or marketing materials.

  1. 11. INDEMNITY

    1. 11.1 This Agreement does not create a partnership or employment relationship.

    2. 11.2 Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Company’s legal domicile.

    3. 11.3 These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of all future changes.
